Providing peace of mind and rewarding our 1901 Society members for their continued loyalty and support is our main objective. Your account will be credited in the amount of any paid tickets that you held for the original 2020 season. As a sign of appreciation for leaving your funds on account, you have earned a 30% bonus on all funds left on account.
By not opting out of your membership prior to the October 15th deadline, your account credit will automatically be applied toward your seat location for the 2021 season.
Your account credit (130% of what you paid for your 2020 Membership) can be used in a variety of ways:
Along with your core benefits, you will select which experience best fits you during your membership reenrollment: Corporate, Family, Social or Diehard. Upon reenrollment, you will receive communication from your Ticket Service Rep, via email or call, inviting you to your Detroit Tigers 1901 Society events.

The opt out deadline for the 2021 season is October 15th, 2020. Bypassing the opt out period will ensure that your membership is secure for the 2021 season, and your payment plan will resume with the first installment of the following seasons membership on the new 12 month payment plan.
Season Ticket Holder Members who miss a game may exchange those tickets to a future game in the following month, at no charge! Seats to the new game will be in a comparable area*. Simply contact your Ticket Service Rep or email unusedexchange@tigers.com. Please allow at least 1 business day prior to the new game you wish to attend. In partnership with government agencies and industry-leading health organizations, we are preparing new and enhanced safety and security procedures.
Funds remaining on account from the original 2020 season will be available to be rolled over to your 2021 re-enrollment. To apply your credit to the 2021 baseball season today, click here. Accounts that do not opt out of their membership by the October 15th opt out deadline will automatically have credits applied toward the upcoming Tigers Season.
1901 Society Members will receive a 30% Bonus on all funds left on account from the original 2020 Season. Your 30% Bonus credit is available for use now and can be viewed on your personalized reenrollment webpage. Your bonus credit can be applied to seat upgrades, additional tickets, group outings, suites and experiences. Exclusive experiences available for the 2021 Detroit Tigers Season includes: delivering the lineup card prior to a Tigers Home Game, joining the Detroit Tigers Broadcast team during the game, and much more!
All accounts that left funds on account from the 2020 Season will automatically be eligible to participate in our new community goodwill program - Gift the Game. As part of this program, the Detroit Tigers will donate 25 tickets in your name to directly celebrate and honor those impacted by COVID-19: first responders, front-line health care employees, essential workers, or one of Detroit’s non-profit organizations that directly serves and supports youth. Prior to the start of the 2021 season, you will have an opportunity to choose the heroes that will receive your gift.
